The architect of NCW United FC, Luis built the club from the ground up with a clear vision — to give every kid in North Central Washington access to quality soccer, regardless of background or ability.
Michael Bush
Assistant Executive Director
Works closely with the Executive Director to keep the club moving forward, stepping in across operations, partnerships, and planning to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Noah Balauro
Co-Founder & Director of Coaching
Sets the standard for how we coach and develop players across all age groups, blending a player-first philosophy with a structured, licensed approach to long-term athlete development.
Ramon Lopez

One of the original builders of the club's competitive program, Ramon has been instrumental in shaping a culture of high expectations, hard work, and team-first mentality across our comp teams.
Daniel Lucas
Co-Founder
A driving force behind the club's competitive program, Daniel brings coaching experience and a commitment to developing players who compete at the highest level in the region.
Jake Santistevan
Treasurer
Manages the club's finances, tracks budgets and expenditures, and ensures we remain fiscally responsible so more resources go directly to our players and programs.
Travis Cunningham
Director of Rec
Oversees all recreational programming across age groups, ensuring every player has a fun, inclusive, and well-organized experience from their very first season.
Andrea Bush
Secretary
Keeps the club running behind the scenes — recording meeting minutes, maintaining official documents, managing correspondence, and ensuring the board stays organized and informed.
Arissia Ward
Registrar & Events Coordinator
The go-to person for getting players enrolled and keeping the club connected — Arissia handles registration from start to finish and leads the planning of events that bring our community together.
